Yore - A Wonderful Shop

Over the weekend, Dan and I decided to take a road trip into Wisconsin. We happened upon an absolutely wonderful shop in the town of Gotham, WI named Yore. As I stepped inside, my senses became engulfed...the aroma, the antiques, primitives displayed in nicely-done vignettes, the music...ahhh! We were greeted by the store owner, Theresa. As we perused the store, I became increasingly impressed by the decor, but I must say what impressed me the most was the owner. Although she was busy, she took the time to chat with us. We talked about the history of her store, her love of antiques, primitives, and folk art...It was like visiting with an old friend.

These pictures really do not do the shop justice. I highly recommend a road trip to Yore so you can experience it yourself. In the meantime, you can visit their website: http://www.yorecountryhome.com/ Enjoy, Chris
